Every homeowner who reaches Spotsukraine Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Is the Problem With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Spotsukraine Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@spotsukraine.buzz and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
